Dearest Maureen -Ever since I first met you in 1959? you have shown such generosity and thoughtfulness throughout that time. You have been the most marvellous partner for my brother Keith and very caring towards Gladys and Ernie our parents. You always had a smile and a welcome cup of tea whenever we visited. Later in the day the tea was replaced with something much stronger and a hearty meal. Christmas time was very special with your brothers, their wives and families queuing for the one bathroom on Boxing Day. Somehow it all turned out alright with humour and a great deal of laughter. Thank you Maureen for all the times we have been through together, some good some bad but you were always so stalwart. my deepest love to you - sister-in-law Pat.
